New Jersey Residence
Renovation and modernization of an existing residence, including a reimagined primary bedroom suite, a two-story library, recreation spaces, bar, gym, and sauna. Exterior improvements include a stone patio, extensive façade stone upgrades, and enhancements across four acres of landscaped grounds featuring playing fields and waterfalls.
Lower Court Gardens
A significant improvement was the installation of a rear stone terrace defined by a 36-foot interior radius, opening into a dynamic courtyard at the lower level. A new circulation system was introduced to connect three distinct elevations within the rear yard, anchored by a monumental stone stair with curbed edges.

The original house was constructed entirely of brick in an understated Georgian Colonial style. The renovation introduced Pennsylvania fieldstone, along with stone headers and sills, to enrich and articulate the façade. A significant landscape realization emerged when it became clear that the property itself functioned as an arboretum of mature, valuable trees. Many of these trees were carefully relocated to new, featured positions throughout the grounds, allowing the landscape to evolve while preserving its established character
